Recently appointed University Council members were treated to a comprehensive tour of both the Main Campus and the Eldoret Town Campus, led by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Thomas Cheruiyot. This tour served as part of their induction program, offering them a firsthand look at the operational facets of the University. The itinerary included visits to various key facilities such as the new Site, the Amphitheater (currently under construction), the tree nursery, the University Farm, the Fish Hatchery, and the Outreach center. Additionally, they had the opportunity to observe the ongoing perimeter fence construction around the University.

During their visit to the town campus, they were guided by Director Prof. Linnet Gohole, who introduced them to the dedicated staff members. 

Among the newly appointed members are Dr. Ismail Buro, serving his second term as Chairman, alongside Hon. David Kibet Koech and Ms. Grace Sugut, both independent members commencing their first terms.
