If you have not yet received or are unable to access your admission letter, please log in to the University of Eldoret Admissions Portal using the details below:

Username: Your KCSE Index Number followed immediately by the examination year (no spaces).
Example: "112410270412025"
Password: The last four digits of your KCSE Index Number followed by "@uoe".
Example: If your index number ends with 7041, your password will be 7041@uoe.
Once you have logged in:
- Click on Get Started.
- Complete your personal details.
- Download your admission letter.
- Apply for HELB and the Government Scholarship.
Important: The admission process is FREE. Do not pay any individual for admission services. Only use the University's official platforms and approved payment channels.
