Tender requirements, instructions and complete tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office during normal working hours (Monday-Friday) from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 through Paybill number 222222, Account number, UOETEN-Your name or be downloaded from the University of Eldoret website www.uoeld.ac.ke/tenders or www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
Submission of complete tender documents in hard copies in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender name and Tender Reference Number should be addressed and delivered to:

Or deposited in the Tender Box ‘A’ at University of Eldoret Administration Block so as to be received on or before Friday, 23rd August, 2024 at 11.00 a.m. local time. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders/their representatives who choose to attend, at the Forestry Complex Boardroom.
ADDENDUM NO. 1
The University of Eldoret (UOE) makes the below clarification to the tenders advertised on MyGov, www.mygov.go.ke issue No.7/2024-2025, which appeared on the Star Newspaper of Tuesday, 13th, August, 2024. It was noticed that the downloadable document had missing pages.
Interested and eligible bidders are hereby notified of the following clarifications:

The Closing/submission date of the tender has now been extended to Friday, 23rd August, 2024 at 11.00 a.m and not Tuesday, 20th August, 2024 as earlier advertised.
The addendum & clarification form part of the bidding document and is binding on all bidders. All other terms and conditions of the tender remain the same.
Late tenders SHALL not be accepted.
