The Directorate of Industrial Linkages, Partnerships and Collaborations (ILPC) at the University of Eldoret coordinates strategic partnerships that strengthen teaching, research, innovation, entrepreneurship, community engagement and institutional development. Through collaboration with academia, industry, government and communities, the Directorate creates opportunities for knowledge exchange, capacity building and sustainable development, in line with the University's Strategic Plan and Kenya Vision 2030.

ILPC is committed to building mutually beneficial partnerships that promote research commercialization, industry–academia collaboration and innovation. Its mandate also includes knowledge management, institutional outreach and resource mobilization, with the aim of translating research and innovation into practical solutions that address societal challenges and contribute to sustainable development.
