The signing of the 15th Cycle Performance Contract for the financial Year 2018/2019 was conducted on the 4th of December 2018 at Center for Mathematics, Science and Technology Training in East Africa (CEMASTEA), Karen in Nairobi.
In line with the government requirement, each University Council is supposed to sign a Performance Contract (PC) with the Ministry of Education. The purpose of this Performance Contract in light with the UoE mission and Vision is aimed at establishing the basis for ensuring that efficient and effective services are delivered to the customers and stakeholders in line with the provisions of the Constitution. This Performance Contract therefore, represents a basis for continuous performance improvement that meets the needs and expectations of the University’s customers and stakeholders
The event which was graced by the Cabinet Secretary of Education Amb. (Dr). Amina Mohamed saw the UoE being represented by the University Chairman of Council Dr. David Ojakaa, the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Teresa Akenga, and the Director of Strategic Planning and Performance Contracting Dr. David Waswa.
