University of Eldoret is advertising tenders for running of the following vacant Business premises and vacant students centre situated within the University for period 2017-2019 financial years.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect tender document at Procurement Office during normal working hours between 8.00 am-10.00 am and 2.00pm to 5.00 pm. A set of tender document may be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh1000/- in cash or bankers cheque payable to the University of Eldoret (Attach copy receipt).
Prices quoted should be net inclusive all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for two years.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Name and Tender Reference number should be addressed and be deposited in the tender box ‘A’ situated at the University of Eldoret Administration block or be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Tuesday, 27th March, 2018 at 11.00 am local time.
The tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or representatives who choose to attend at the Forestry Building Boardroom.
Note that all premises are situated at University of Eldoret.
Viewing of the Premises will be done between 13th to 27th March, 2018 during normal working days and hours.
